End of the second week off work!

So Thursday was a good day. The dieting went well With two good gym sessions. It was legs and a bit of cardio today so I was pretty sore afterwards. Lunch was homemade Veg Soup and it was amazing if I do say so myself Haha! Tea was chicken kebabs (Homemade) With salad no nothing too crazy! Friday means one thing WEIGH DAY! I went in thinking I had put on because of how badly the Weekend before was and I wasn't wrong. 2lbs put on this week which isn't too bad I thought it would be more. That still means that I have lost over 1 stone in 3 weeks which isn't a bad start but I now know I cant have weekends like that where I let myself down! Into the gym I went and I started with a light bike ride followed up by an upper body session which I really felt today. As I was about to finish my mate came in and we ended up training arms together and its a struggle typing this now but it went well. A whole 3 hours after I got to the gym I finally left and home to have some more of the veg soup I made yesterday.

A few hours at home working on the blog and having lunch it was time to get back to the gym for session number two. I sis 20 minutes on the bike before 2 rounds of a mini circuit of 6 stations just to keep the body working. With finding out I had put on this week it was immediately time to start working towards weigh day next week knowing I don't want another week of putting weight on. There is no point dwelling over what has happen on the scales this morning its all about how we pick ourselves up. Personally I'm using this week as motivation to make sure I don't let myself down again by putting weight on.
