Food Cravings During Pregnancy

A Food craving is an intense desire to eat or grab specific type of food. During pregnancy, women have Cravings for different food which is not on the food list earlier. It is a real phenomenon that every woman has to face during the pregnancy.

This craving is for food like chocolate, icecream, cake or any other sweet dish and dairy products. The desire of food seems like uncontrolled, and if you eat something else your hunger is not satisfied.
