It breaks my heart to see lots of people getting sick and dying before their time because of lack of knowledge on proper health care and nutrition.

This is not to say that one who is knowledgeable of such won't ever get Sick till he/she comes to the end of his days. Many times is our life, we get to experience sickness in one form or another. Who wouldn't ever get sick in a world where diseases in myriad forms abound? But there are diseases that can be contracted via infection, contamination, pollution and germ infestation which could be temporary and easily cured. And there are diseases that afflict us as a result of wrong lifestyles, malnutrition, bad eating habits, addiction to harmful substances, etc. These diseases are what have been referred to as degenerative and could last a lifetime or ... kill quickly.

How then can one stay in good health for the most part of his/her mortal life?

Hundreds, if not thousands, of books have been written on the subject of health but it is ironic that as more and more books are written and new discoveries are made on medical science, even more and more people get sick and die untimely deaths.


Why is that so?

I am not a medical practitioner so I cannot be an authority on the subject that pertains to medical science but one thing I know: one can be healthy all his/her mortal life if he/she just stay close to nature, live a simple life, be happy all day 24/7, and apply natural remedies when sick.

And this is where the coconut that has come to be called The Tree of Life, and moringa, dubbed The Miracle Tree, can do wonders for us.
