It’s easy to forget about two things when you start something or when you’re getting Closer to your goal.
The first one is that it IS going to be hard in the beginning. Real change is always going to be hard at first. But if you are at that point – remember that it’s going to be amazing once you get closer to the end.

The second one is once you already started and working hard to change.. Sometimes you feel like giving up and that’s when you need to take some time, look back at what you already achieved and look to the future and remember your goal(s).
