Now a days people spend most of their time sitting on chairs in their offices or using Personal computers.sitting on chair puts great stress on our Spine and also it badly effects our Posture.
To much sitting can have following effects on our body
1) back pain due to stress on spine
2) shortening of spine ,which make us look like shorter than our actual height
3)it can make us look fat
So if we correct our body posture then we can look slimer,taller and can avoid back pain.
There are lot of exercises that correct posture but they are tough and will take lot of time to do.
So here I am sharing simple exercise That can easily correct your posture and need not more than 5 mins a day.
Lay on on yoga mat or bed in freefall position
2- from that position move your both hands and touch the outer part of your thighs or butt in such a way that your elbows will be facing ceiling of your room.
3-now from that position move your hands upward without bending your arms.rise hands high as much as you can and stay in that position for 10seconds. And now put your hands back at resting position touching your outer thighs. Repeat this , keep doing this exercise for 5 mins and you will experience posture improvement in a day.
