Players can try wearing kneecap while playing a game for avoiding this. In order to avoid this pain, players are suggested to stretch their knee properly for avoiding this. Still, if you got a knee pain, try applying ice on your knee and take rest. Taking anti-inflammatory pills is also helpful to prevent this.
