What is Nutripuncture

Nutripuncture is often used in conjunction with Acupuncture and is based on similar principals and function but with expedited results and without needles.  To understand Nutripuncture, it is important to recall that according to Traditional Chinese Medicine, each meridian, in addition to being associated with an organ or system, is also associated with a set of emotions.  For example, the liver meridian is connected with anger or unhappiness.

Nutripuncture uses Nutris, trace mineral complexes which appear and taste similar to homeopathic tablets so they are quite pleasant.  Our body has 12 primary plus 2 central meridians and 24 secondary meridians for a total of 38.  There are 38 Nutris each of which is formulated to stimulate a meridian.  Nutris are designed to be given in a Sequence, which typically consists of 10 unique tablets.  A sequence is usually organized into two parts.  The first half provides the resonance, or recognition of something physical related to the patient’s issue, for example, the feeling of trauma.  Since we often repress negative experiences, the first part of the sequence stimulates the meridians affected by the original experience in order to allow us to recognize and remember it.  But this time, rather than repress that experience, the second half of the sequence stimulates the meridians that provide us with the information on how to gently integrate that Emotional experience into our body such that it does not become stuck and lead to potential health issues.

It is human nature to want to avoid or forget about negative experiences because they are unpleasant.  But if we do not learn to deal with them they become like undigested food which weakens our system.  Like a physical wound which does not properly heal, these emotional wounds create an energetic imbalance which may later manifest in physical disease.  For example, anger is often associated with high blood pressure.  Imbalances may also lead to psychological issues such as stress, anxiety and damaging personality dispositions.

What To Expect

Nutripuncture can provide more rapid results than acupuncture when it comes to addressing root cause energetic imbalances for two main reasons:

  1. Whereas acupuncture alone can often take 6-8 months or more of treatment to break harmful deep emotional patterns and reestablish new ones, nutripuncture treatments are continued at home for 30 days, twice a day compressing the equivalent of 60 acupuncture treatments into a shorter period of time.  Clearly, this is also a much more economical approach, even considering the cost of the Nutris.
  2. Rather than simply focusing on the individual as is true with acupuncture and many other healing modalities, Nutripuncture understands that bad emotional patterns are often imprinted on us by our family, and that if we have not properly integrated developmental information we can become stuck in a particular phase from an emotional standpoint.  For example, we may repeatedly seek a mate who behaves like a controlling father figure because we were never allowed to fully express our feminity.  We find ourselves attracted to that type of individual like a magnet subconsciously and although we joke that we could pick the next controlling jerk out of a crowd at a party, there is actually truth in that.  Similarly, we may also develop a pattern of being taken advantage of in our career.

We do this subconsciously through the principal of mirror neurons.  Similar to the way in which an angry person changes the feel of a room, we pick up on the expectations of others and may subconsciously mirror their reality rather than our own.  It becomes a type of codependence, where we have difficulty existing for ourselves since we behave in reaction to the sensory experiences of another person.  We have all felt that immediate connection to a stranger with whom we feel comfortable expressing ourselves, or the inner glow we feel when a genuinely happy person interacts with us.  Even our dog slinks away when we are upset with him and we glare at him without words, and he runs excitedly to us when we look at him and smile, so certainly people can also feel the nonverbal expression of energy.  Nutripuncture can help break negative deep rooted emotional patterns which lead to stress, anxiety, depression and other emotional and ultimately physical illnesses.

What to expect: During your initial Nutripuncture session, acupuncturist will conduct a very thorough intake, asking about your current emotional and physical state.  Intuitively he may also ask questions about past trauma or emotional experiences.  He may do pulse testing as described in Acupuncture, as well as Muscle Testing on various groups of Nutris, including the yin and yang Nutris to test that you are in balance.  He may also use muscle testing while asking you questions, or requesting that you make empowering statements which will include your name as your connection to self.  He may ask you to take various sequences of Nutris and then re-test you for balance.  During the session he may perform an acupuncture treatment in order to quickly balance your energy and start you on the path to healing.  He will discuss the treatment plan with you, including frequency of sessions and any complementary Nutri sequences and herbs which may reinforce your progress.

Home Treatment

If you are given Nutris to continue your treatment at home, taking them in the order of your sequence (which may not be numerical order) is critical.  Chew each tablet thoroughly before taking the next.  Unless indicated otherwise, they should be taken twice a day, morning and night either with or without food.  Depending upon your sequence you may feel immediately more empowered and energetic.  However similar to an infected physical wound, a deep rooted emotional trauma or pattern must come to the surface before it can heal, and so for the first week or two of your sequence you may feel agitated and easily triggered.  This is perfectly normal but if you find the experience overwhelming please contact us right away.  By the third week you will typically integrate the experience from your subconscious to your conscious mind, becoming comfortable with its existence, and by the fourth week the positive emotional pattern should be relatively established.  If you are in balance after taking the first half of the sequence, then doctor will know that the sequence has been properly integrated and your positive pattern has been established.

Acupuncturist may wish to see you for an appointment during this process, or in the last week of your four week sequence.  At this point he may either recommend periodic follow up visits to continue to reinforce the positive pattern, or he may work with you to identify other disturbances which need to be addressed.  Follow up visits are usually one hour in duration.

WHO BENEFITS FROM NUTRIPUNCTURE ?

Everyone’s quality of life can be improved by reinforcing the vital balance of the body through Nutripuncture: growing children, teenagers, adults, pregnant women, senior citizens, sports athletes, and students.

WHAT ARE THE FIELDS OF APPLICATION FOR NUTRIPUNCTURE?

The fields of application for Nutripuncture are broad. Nutripuncture soothes many somatizations, improving family relationships (e.g. parent-child conflicts), overcoming childhood trauma, trauma from pregnancy, the consequences of accidents, keeping up vitality to face environmental stimuli (e.g. change of seasons) and the stresses that can interfere with overall psychosomatic equilibrium.

Nutripuncture does not treat diseases. Nutripuncture restores electromagnetic communication between organs and boosts vital currents.

Dr. Bruce Lipton, one of the leading cellular biologists and epigenetics, describes the problem of health as the following:”The quantum perspective reveals that the universe is an integration of interdependent energy energy fields that are entangled in a meshwork of interactions. Biomedical scientists have been particularly confounded because they do not recognize the massive complexity of the intercommunication among the physical parts and the energy fields that make up the whole.”

So, “biological dysfunction” (disease) is miss-communication along any of the routes of information flow.

Nutripuncture works by adjusting the information between the interdependent energy fields, influencing the interdependent exchange of information between the systems. The key is to recognize the disturbed informational flow and provide the appropriate information to correct the flow.

When the proper communication is restored, the biological dysfunction (disease) does not manifest.

VOICE & NUTRIPUNCTURE

Nutripuncture is a new tool available for people who use their voice professionally: singers, actors, speakers, voice actors, teachers, speakers, lawyers, and for people who have problems with speech and voice output.

The voice is an expression of the body and is closely linked to the body psychophysical balance. Being with us since birth and carrying all the information of our experiences: sensorial, emotional, affective, motor and physical. Tensions psychological or physical, excessive reactions (emotion, sadness, fear, anger, etc.) and other stressors impact the muscles, joints, vocal cords and modulate the voice.

Just like any other system in the body, the vocal apparatus expresses its best quality when the currents and vital organs of the body are in a state of equilibrium.

ENHANCE MUSICIANS PERFORMANCE & HARMONY

Being in good physical and mental balance helps to obtain a precise touch, and to find and hold the note. It helps to have a “breath” inspired to participate in the rhythm of the orchestra, and also to prevent postural or musculoskeletal issues. The well-being of your organs and meridians enhances the way you interact with your instrument, which resonates within the harmony.
