#PressRelease: Vanliners announce fleet conversion contract for #HyndburnBoroughCouncil

Bolton based Vanliners are pleased to announce their first fleet conversion contract for 2013 Hyndburn Borough Council. Vanliners will be converting the existing fleet and fitting the vehicles for a range of different departments.

Bolton, January 2013- Bolton based Vanliners are pleased to announce their first Fleet Conversion Contract of 2013 for Hyndburn Borough Council. The fleet owned by the council includes over 50 different vehicles which are not currently fitted with any additional features.

Vanliners was originally established over fifteen years ago, enjoying rapid growth to quickly become the market leader in Van Ply Lining and commercial vehicle accessories supplying both start-up enterprises and blue-chip organisations.

‘Customer satisfaction is the key to our success,’ says Shaun Taylor, sales manager at Vanliners and supplier of van ply lining and van roof racks. ‘We are proud of our ability to deliver a wide range of complete commercial vehicle solutions on time and on budget to the highest standards,’

Based on the Raikes Lane Industrial estate in Bolton, van ply lining fitters Vanliners will be converting the existing fleet and fitting the vehicles for a range of different purposes.

‘Hyndburn Borough Council contacted us recently to enquire whether we could supply a fleet of the size with the features and additions required,’ explains Shaun Taylor. ‘We have completed many projects of this scale before and achieved budget and time constraints with no problems at all. We have a strong team at Vanliners and we always aim to exceed expectations,’

Founded in 1974, Hyndburn was voted the 10th best council in the Times’ ‘Best Public Sector Places to Work’ and made it to the Times Best Companies Guide.

‘When we learned of Hyndburn Borough Council’s accolades it was clear to us how much they valued their many employers and in particular, the quality of equipment and vehicles that they have in order to do their jobs to the highest possible standard,’ says Shaun Taylor. ‘The Vanliners principle of becoming the first-choice supplier to fully satisfy customer requirements has enabled us to offer a range of vehicle and van ply lining solutions, security systems, modular racking, telematics and bespoke vehicle conversions to a growing number of customers including blue-chip organisations right through to start-ups and one man businesses. We’re more than experienced and equipped to fulfil Hyndburn Borough Council’s requests and aim to exceed their expectations.’

When complete, the vans will be used for the maintenance staff of Hyndburn Borough Council which includes plumbers, electricians, joiners and glaziers, who are employed to maintain the standards of the corporations’ commercial and residential properties.

‘The variety of vehicles and required additions is very varied,’ says Shaun Taylor. ‘But we relish the thought of getting our teeth stuck into our first fleet Conversion Contract for 2013,’

Some of the vehicles will share additional fittings such as van roof racks, ply lining kits and internal LED lighting, but others are department specific.

‘Some of the vehicles will be fitted with safe stow ladder systems and roof bars,’ explains Shaun Taylor. ‘Made from reinforced anodised aluminium, these roof racks for vans are fully crash tested to ECE Reg 17 and enable safer and easier loading and unloading of ladders and other tools from the vehicle.’

Other vehicles which will be converted during the contract will be fitted with 3 tier shelving units.

‘These are to secure loose items such as tools and hardware supplies with your van,’ says Shaun Taylor. ‘We offer a variety of different types of van racking and storage systems available to suit heavy duty tool storage or smaller component organisation,’

Many of the fleet for Hyndburn Borough Council will be fitted with heavy duty aluminium roof racks and stainless steel rollers.

‘Made from reinforced anodised aluminium, we fit these with galvanised, powder coated steel brackets,’ says Shaun Taylor. ‘And they’re also fully crash tested to ECE Reg 17 for safety,’

The Hyndburn Borough Council fleet conversion contract is not the only project that Vanliners have been awarded this month.

‘Hyndburn Borough Council was our first contract of 2013,’ says Shaun Taylor. ‘And they were rapidly followed by a number of different contracts for companies around the UK, all with varying budgets, fleet sizes and specifications. With many years of experience supplying van bulkheads and fitting van conversions, we can confidently provide fleet solutions to wide range of industries within all kinds of budget or time constraints.’

‘We are extremely proud of the team spirit here at Vanliners, and we extend this approach to our relationships with clients. Excellent customer service has been rewarded by exceptional customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction is the key to our success and we are proud of our ability to deliver a wide range of complete commercial vehicle solutions on time and on budget to the highest standards.’
