NICMAR also provides on job courses to professionals via correspondence, also a post graduate diploma course in construction management (PGDCM) for two years, to enroll into this one needs to be a graduate engineer with two years of work experience.

Then there is construction business management offered by NICMAR. To enroll for which one needs to be a graduate of – engineering/architecture/town planning/building science/ and diploma holders in any branch of engineering with a minimum of 2 yrs of work experience.
