Talk to your partner about plans for that day. You can even specify one weekday of the week that will be your “breakfast day,” when you will have Breakfast together. Not the kind of breakfast you are usually having. Take your time, have a nice breakfast, talk about major problems and try to solve them together.

PLANS AND STRATEGY

It is good in the morning to dedicate at least ten minutes to visualizing your goals and plans. Planning the strategy for the upcoming day is the best preparation for daily schedule.
