Albeit, when using chakra candles, it is important to have a general understanding of your chakras and the different areas of your body or psyche that they influence. For instance, you should know what the 7 chakras are and the areas of your life they are associated with. For example, you should know the Heart chakra is responsible for our romantic feelings, compassion, empathy, ability to love oneself, and our relationships.

Problems in these areas of your life mean your Heart chakra is either blocked, inactive, or over-active. The use of chakra candles for chakra healing, therefore, depends on which areas of your life you want to improve upon.
