Increase your confidence and self-esteem

 A lot of people suffer from the lack of confidence and low self-esteem , in order to fight that im going to give few tips that helped me achieve new things in my life !

  • Increase your testosterone level  : increasing Testosterone has many benefits on your mental health , in order to do that here's a few tips :
  1. Eat healthy : make sure to avoid eating junk food , instead eat vegetables that are rich in zinc and healthy cholesterol like tuna , eggs , nuts etc... 
  2. Exercise daily :workout or even  take a walk for 30min approx everyday , practising sport has many benefits on your health like burning fat which increases the manly hormone .
  3. Reduce stress : when you stress , your body release the stress hormone "cortisol'' which is the opposite of testosterone , cortisol blocks the benefits of testosterone and lower it's level which lower your sex drive and Confidence.
                   

  • Work on your look : taking care of your self is definitly gonna boost your confidence , it helps you love your selfs and give it more attention so here's a few things you can improve to look good and attractive :
  1. choose outfit that fits you : always wear something that looks nice , no matter how casual it is , just choose the right thing to wear just make sure it looks good on you dont get it too slim or too baggy unless you want to become a joke .
  2. practise good posture : always keep your head up , by keeping your head up i mean look forward , keep your back and neck straight and keep your hands out of your pocket .
  3. get a sexy haircut : get a haircut that fits the shape of your head , i suggest a high skin fade or an undercut , it fits most of shapes and its the best looking haircuts out there !
  4. grooming : trim your facial hair , put vaseline on your lips and arms (yes its manly and women love soft lips ) etc...

  • Choose your squad carefully : eliminate negative people from your life , instead replace them with people who support everything you do in life , unfortunatly its hard to find them nowadays .
  • Try new things : change your highschool , try new hobbies , meet new people , learn a new language , get a part time job , do anything you would enjoy .
Be positive : finally , you need to be optimistic , because everything is gonna be alright you just need to keep fighting and make sure to chase your dreams no matter what happens because its the most important rule in this life.
