How to get over your first breakup as a teenager

breakups suck , i know ! but unfortunatly we all have to experience them , however , they can be less painful if u avoid doing specific things that can make them worse :

  • Don't stalk your ex on Social Media ! :  its useless , your old partner is moving on with his life , do the same thing ! dont stand there and cry all day  because someone left you , because at the end of the day he's the one who lost someone who loves him , block your ex on social media immediatly after a breakup.

  • Accept your feelings : you may feel desperate and lost , you may think you will never love again , its okay thats totally normal , embrace the fact that you are gonna be sad for a while but its just a matter of time before you get over your depressive feelings and get back to your normal life .

  • Talk to your best friend : no one understands you better than your besties , hangout with your best friends , go watch a comedy movie  or play some football games , because after all , you are just a Teenager who needs to have fun instead of worrying about adult crap .

  • Workout : lifting weights has a huge  impact when you are depressed or having a hard time , it increases the production of testosterone (the masculine hormone) which lowers depression and increases self-confidence , besides the fact that it makes you look more attractive  to the opposite sex , also , it helps you maintain a healthy life and strengthen your body .

  • Meet new people : when you feel that you are completly ready to get in a new relationship , start dating new people , get to know them well and decide whether they are trust-worthy in order to Avoid getting heartbroken again .
