Twitter is the better tool for bloggers and marketers to drive tons of traffic to their site than Facebook mainly due to the fact,
Facebook is the people you went to school with. Twitter is the people you wished you went to school with.The people you interact on Twitter are way more laser targeted and focused exactly towards the things you share. Chances of engagement and traffic to your blog are way higher than other social media platforms.
But just by joining Twitter and sending Tweets every now and then you are not going to reach anywhere, at least in the near future, unless you are some Celebrity or have a magic wand 😜.

While some of these do work to a greater extend, it is not a recommended method since most of your followers came from paid service chances are higher that they will be mostly either bots, spammy accounts or multiple accounts by same person and is very unlikely to engage with anything you share.
But if you are looking for JUST A FANCY NUMBER TO SHOW OFF, then you may follow those unethical methods. Still a social media campaign based on blackhat methods and random tips are not going to help you in long-term.
The main difference between spammy methods and Organic method is the rate of engagement. While you may or may not receive less than 0.2% engagement from paid followers, organic method will guarantee engagement of 2% and above, a whopping 1000% increase.

You need to regularly monitor what is happening on Twitter, you don't have to be online 24x7 to do that.
