The South Carolina Constitution Party has endorsed Republican Kris Wampler for U.S. Congress in South Carolina’s Fifth Congressional District. Due to state election rules, the SCCP was unable to run a candidate for the special election.  Nonetheless, the SCCP endorsed Wampler because he “has demonstrated a history of working for constitutional government, knowledge of the
