Interested in Running for Local Office in Hudson?

Thursday, April 13

5 PM - 7 PM
Hudson Area Library Teen Room (at the back of the library)
51 N 5th Street

Considering running for a local position this year? Want to know what is involved? Interested in having the Hudson City Democratic Committee help you in the process? Come to this event to discuss what it’s like to run for office and serve as an elected official.

This event is open to all. You don't need to be a registered Democrat to attend.

With so much insecurity at the national level, it’s more important than ever to have a stable local government and a city that runs efficiently, offering equal opportunity to all. This year, positions for Mayor, Common Council President, Treasurer, Aldermen/women for the Hudson City Council (two from each ward) and County Supervisors (one from each ward) are up for election. Consider stepping up - support progress for all and represent your neighbors.

Q&A with members of the Hudson City Democratic Committee:

William Hughes Jr.
Minority Leader, Columbia County Board of Supervisors

Sarah Sterling
Deputy Minority Leader, Columbia County Board of Supervisors

Justin Goldman

Moderator:
Verity Smith
