Welcome to the Nourished World| blog [NWB]. This website is Meant to be a place to catch up on the latest food, Nutrition science, and nutrition policy information across the world. Many of the posts will discuss recent journal articles, reports, and events. However, older papers will be included as well. It is meant to be a forum open to all interested - and so its content is designed to be maleable and adaptive. It is my hope that this site will increase and improve actions reducing hunger worldwide.

Well, the 18th International Congress of Nutrition is meeting this week. I thought it would be a great time to introduce this site. Hopefully they grant powerpoint access on their website of some of the presentations. No doubt we will see many of these presentations as a supplement to some journal in a few months. Looking at the program, its is clear there is a wealth of information which would be great to spread to those who did not go.
