Recently, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has served Tesla with a subpoena after its CEO Elon Musk tweeted that he was considering taking the company private and that he had the necessary funding secured. According to media reports, Musk tweeted that “Am considering taking Tesla private at $420. Funding secured”.

Some stock market analysts believe that Musk is becoming unhinged. They argue that Musk is a PR freak who only cares about his gains. Whereas, others argued that Musk is a creative genius, and others are jealous of him.
