Recently, the landmark case “Roe Vs. Wade” received much media attention, amid Justice Kennedy retirement decision. According to media reports, President Trump said in his Presidential campaign back in 2016 that “I am pro-life, and I will be appointing Pro-life Justices, that will eventually overturn Roe Vs. Wade”. It is worthwhile to know that the historic Roe Vs. Wade decision gave women the right to abortion”.

Some legal analysts believe that Roe Vs. Wade should not be overturned, as it will violate the rights of women to decide what they want to do with their bodies. Whereas, others believed that Court should take steps to overturn Roe Vs. Wade decision because it caused the biggest genocide in the human history – by Killing babies in the womb.
