Recently, Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy announced that he is retiring after serving nearly 31 years tenure as an associate justice. At 81, he was the second oldest serving Justice, just behind Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who is 85 years old.

Some News analysts argued that Justice Kennedy resignation is not good for the future of the country, as he was a swing vote. If President Trump named a strong conservative justice to serve in Supreme Court, then the balance between Liberals and Conservatives will be disturbed. Whereas, others believed that Kennedy’s retirement is good for the future of the country as he made some really bad judgments including legalization of gay marriages.

This scenario instigated a debate over social media regarding whether Justice Kennedy’s retirement is good for the future of the country?
