NEW YORK (STL.News) – The Federal Reserve Bank of New York today announced the appointment of Lacey Dingman as Executive Vice President, Head of the Human Resources Group, and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).  Ms. Dingman’s appointment was approved by the New York Fed’s Board of Directors and will be effective September 16, 2019.  She will also serve on the Bank’s Executive Committee.

As CHRO, Ms. Dingman will be a strategic partner to business leaders across the organization to ensure that all human capital programs and initiatives are integrated and effective.
