Now you can take a look at how you can spy others using your android mobiles. For this you need two android mobiles one to capture video and another one to view it. This tutotual uses two apps which are available in the market. They are Ip webcam and Tiny Cam Monitor.

The step by step procedure is given below.
1. First you have to download and install Ip webcam in one of the two mobiles which is going to be used as spy cam.
2. Then install tiny cam monitor on the other mobile.
3. Now switch on wifi hotspot on one mobile and connect the other mobile to the same network.
4. Now open Ip webcam app and select resolution and quality. 640x480 will privide good result. Then press the start server option at the bottom. Note down ip and port no. It's there on the preview screen itself.
5. Now take the other mobile and open tiny cam monitor. If you are using the paid version then go to LAN scanner option and scan wifi. It will automatically detect your spy cam.
6. If you are on the free version don't worry there is another option. Goto manage Camera and disable all camera except the first one. Now edit settings of the first vamera buy pressing the pencil icon.
7. In the settings change name of camera(not necessary), change camera vendor to ip webcam for android and camera type as generic.
8. Now enter ip no. and port no. (one you have already noted down) in respective areas. It will be like this 192.168.43.1 and 8080.
9. Now go back and select live view option. Then start spying.
You can also use your mobile data network instead of wifi if the devices are placed in different locations. Apart from android phone you can also connect your normal Ip camera to the tiny cam monitor. This app supports almost all ip camera from different vendors.
