Happy Friday! After a crazy week, there’s nothing more fun than inviting your friends over for a Moms’ Night In. I’m always looking for an exciting new cocktail to make for my friends and I recently discovered the incredible blog called Beautiful Booze, by Natalie Migliarini. She makes gorgeous and unbelievably unique cocktails that you are going to want to recreate! Read on for some recipes you can easily add to your rotation.
Blueberry-Colada
Beautiful Booze
Recipe:
- 2 ounces white rum
- 1 ounces lime juice
- 1 ounce coconut cream
- ¾ ounce Monin Blueberry syrup
Method:
- Crush ice for cocktail
- Combine rum, lime juice and coconut cream in a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake hard to chill and combine ingredients
- Strain concoction over crushed ice in a hi-ball glass
- Float Monin Blackberry syrup over top
- Stir to blend ingredients
- Garnish & Enjoy!
Belvedere Pineapple Spritz

Recipe:
- 1.5 ounce Belvedere
- ½ ounce French Dry Vermouth
- 1 Wedge of Pineapple
- 3 Lime slices
- Sparkling Water to Top
- 1 cup Ice
Method:
Build all ingredients in a white wine glass and stir briefly then enjoy!
Sparkle and Shimmer Lemonade

Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces of vodka
- 1 ounce of lemon juice
- ½ ounce of honey syrup
- 8 blackberries plus more for garnish
- 1 cup of ice
- 2-3 ounces of White Claw Black Cherry Seltzer
Instructions:
- In a shaker muddle blackberries with lemon juice and honey syrup
- Add ice and vodka to the shaker then shake the mixture
- Strain mixture into serving glass then top with White Claw Black Cherry Seltzer
Garnish: Blackberries and Lemon Slices
White Wine Blackberry Mule

Ingredients:
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1.5 ounces of Anew Riesling
- ½ ounce of lime juice
- 2 ounces of ginger beer
- 5 blackberries
- simple syrup to taste
- 1 cup of ice
Instructions:
- Add vodka, Anew Riesling, lime juice, blackberries, simple syrup and ½ ice into a shaker
- Shake mixture then strain over ice into serving glass
- top with ginger beer
Garnish: Blackberries and Lime slices
