Even though it’s not really an aesthetically pleasing app, it is very easy to navigate and find what you’re looking for. If you click on “Help right now”, you can find different breathing techniques, games, uplifting quotes, forums etc. to help you calm down.
There’s also a category with coping strategies, where you can find four techniques of coping with thoughts and feelings.

I like the “Personal” category, where you’re able to save your notes, diary, positive and negative habits, so you can look back and see if your Mental Health is improving.
