One of the first questions we get asked is regarding the quality of parts we use at Gadget Fix. At Gadget Fix we use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) iPhone parts whenever available. And if they are not available we use the next best. All iPhone repairs completed at Gadget Fix come with a 6 month warranty, meaning if the part fails or there is an issue with our workmanship we will fix it for free. Turnaround Time
For individual repairs, we typically estimate a turnaround in an hour or two. For volume repairs the turnaround may be a little longer. The actual turnaround time may fluctuate based on the workload for the given day. We try to stock all common iPhone parts at both of our locations but it never hurts to check in with us before heading our way.

Gadget Fix has two easy to access locations in Portland Oregon. Our first location is located on the corner of MLK and Weider in the Rose Quarter/Lloyd district at 1608 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd Portland, OR 97232. Our second location is located just off of I-205, to the right of the Target store at Mall 205, 1012 SE 96th Ave Portland, OR 97216. Both locations are open 7 days a week, weekdays from 10 to 7 and weekends from 10 to 6.
Mail-In Repair Options
At Gadget Fix we understand not everyone lives in the Portland, OR area nor has the time to stop by and visit us. That’s why we are more than happy to accept mail-in repairs. Mail-in repairs are typically completed same day and ready to be shipped out the following.
