ACCT's (Animal control/SPCA) Adoption Center at 111 W. Hunting Park Ave. Philadelphia.
The ACCT Adoption Center is open Monday through Friday 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
If you do not have a carrier they will give you a box to take them home.
