Infallible. I thought this was something I would only hear about in Judy’s vlogs. You know when she wears lipsticks and Benjie always asks “Are you wearing the Infallible lipstick?”. If you’ve been watching them for quite sometime, you’ll know how it started. So when I heard that L’oreal came out with a new infallible line, I was so excited, I was hoping, HOPING that they would bring the line here in the Philippines as well. And you bet they did.
Last January 18, L’oreal formally launched their Infallible Collection #NeverFail here in the Philippines. The event was held at Valkyrie at the Palace wherein all invited guests were encouraged to wear “athleisure” outfits. This is so that we could test Infallible vs sweat, food & fading. Here’s a really short vlog basically summarizing the event.
Upon entering, we were given these event maps, so that we could navigate all throughout the entire area and also participate in all of the activities. And dahil pasaway ako.. I didn’t necessarily follow the map.
First one off the map, Infallible Makeover. Fight makeup meltdown and stay fresh all day with the Infallible #NeverFail Long-Wear makeup as you get a full, fierce makeover from L’oreal’s makeup artists. This is also where you can we can fully test their products and see what shade is best suitable for us.
So when you’re done with your makeover, why not road test it right? Start off by doing some major workouts. Infallible vs Sweat. Challenge the Infallible 24hr Foundation versus sweat as you enjoy an energizing workout for 30 minutes on the fun, drumming-inspired pound rockout.
Of course with that tiring workout, you’re bound to get hungry/thirsty right? Infallible vs Food. Put the Infallible 10hr lipstick to the test and see if the color stays on your lips then after munching on hors d’ oeuvres and spring wine.
Then station 4 is where we get our photos taken to see if any of the makeup we’re wearing faded. Infallible vs Fading. Test if the Infallible 16hr Powder & Pro-Setting Spray will fade and melt down against heat and humidity as you capture your #NeverFail moment via their photo booth.
Once we’re done with the photo ops, of course, we moved on to the flatlays. Infallible Flatlays. Get creative with your own flatlays and share the #NeverFail spirit to your friends and followers.
So those are basically what happened during the L’oreal Infallible Event. I really had tons of fun with my co-beauty bloggers. We get to eat, exercise and test out new products together. I am soo beyond excited to try these new products especially the lipsticks because they’re indeed very long lasting (spoiler alert!).
