How are all of your Novembers going? The anxiousness around my house is really starting to pick up

All of the leaves from the trees are off
sad but ready for fall and winter
trees with crystals are so beautiful
so peaceful
getting ready for the holiday season and family dinners
and like a snow ball down a hill, everything just keeps growing and gaining speed until it crashes
I’m trying to combat this by slowly starting to test out recipe already
that way I will have a good idea of what I want to do for the actual day
So I took a tip from my favorite pie and decided to make a maple pecan pie-inspired cookie

some of you may be wondering why on earth you would do it with no frosting but these cookies and absolutely delicious and sweet
perfect pairing with apple cider
not too rich
although maple syrup is a sugar it is much more delicious, sweet and a whole lot less processed than regular white sugar
