Tender Coconut-Mango Panna cotta


Panna cotta is a famous Italian dessert. Many varieties of sauces are served along with this dessert. Here is a delicious Panna Cotta recipe with tender coconut and mangoes. Making diagonally layered desserts is simply easy. For that you just need to rest your glasses in a secure way..slide it on top of cup cake molds or egg tray gives the best results. 
Ingredients For the Mango Layer:
  1. Mango chopped-1 cup
  2. sweetened condensed milk- 3 tbsp
  3. Gelatin- 1 tbsp
Preparation:
  • Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup of water for 10 minutes.
  • Double boil it until melts.
  • Puree Mangoes with sugar and add the melted gelatin mix in to it.
  • Now place the glasses in sliding way and pour the mango panna cotta inside it.
  • Refrigerate about 30-60 minutes or they get firm or  until the next layer gets ready..
Ingredients For the Tender coconut Layer:
  1. Tender coconut pulp-1/4 cup
  2. Tender coconut water- 1/4 cup
  3. Sweetened condensed milk- 3 tbsp
  4. Gelatin-1 tbsp
Preparation:
  • Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup of water for 10 minutes.
  • Double boil it until melts.
  • Puree tender coconut water and its flesh.
  • Mix it with sweetened condensed milk, and melted gelatin.
  • When the  mango layer gets set..You can place the glasses in straight way and pour the tender coconut mix on the other side; refrigerate for another two hours to set.
  • Serve chilled by garnishing on top with cherries and mint leaves.
