eats pop up on your feed can make a you feel quite intimidated to try and make, as well as extremely hungry (am I the only person whose stomach instantly starts growling when looking at food pics?). So, I made this quick go to Smoothie guide to help, and yes all of your followers will be drooling over the pictures you take of your bowls.
Trust me, this guide can help you make the perfect Smoothie Bowl and also save you some $$ because buying smoothie bowl at a restaurant is quite pricey.
Smoothie Bowl Guide:
*Remember this is just a guide so anything you don't like just omit it, there are no hard fast rules when making these.
Step 1: Pour into a blender 3/4 cup Liquid
Examples:
Oat Milk Juice Almond Milk Coconut Water
Step 2: Add a Banana + 1 cup of fruit + 1/2 cup of veggies = YOUR BASE
Examples:

Kale Spinach Avocado Peaches
Carrots Beets Strawberries Blueberries
Step 3: Add a Protein= WHAT KEEPS YOU FULL
Examples:
Flax Seeds Protein Powder Nut Butter
Step 4: Blend & pour into a bowl + add toppings= THE FUN PART
