This Roasted Chickpea Gyro will satisfy even the Meatiest of Meat eaters......

Ingredients:
1 Can of Chickpeas
A Pack of Flatbread or Naan Bread
1 Red onion
1 Medium Tomato A few slices of Lettuce Seasonings (Garlic Salt, Pepper, Rosemary, Onion Powder)
2 Tablespoons of Tzatziki Sauce
Instructions:
1. Line a baking sheet with foil. Spray the sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Lay out out on the pan a rinsed can of chickpeas. Season Chickpeas (you really can go as heavy or light as you want with the listed seasonings except for the garlic salt, you want to sprinkle very little of that)
2. Bake for 25 mins on 350 degrees. Slice Onions and Tomatoes
3. 7 mins before the chickpeas are done throw your bread into the stove (not a requirement) 4. Take everything out and assemble sandwich (start by spreading Tzatziki sauce on bread) 5. Enjoy!
Insider Tip:
Season your Lettuce, Tomato, and Onion. Sprinkle a little Garlic Salt and Pepper on them before putting it on the sandwich-it will make a big difference. Tzatziki Sauce- you can google a recipe or you can buy it (of course I buy mine!) I prefer Trader Joe's version but if you don't live near a Trader Joe's or you can not find it in your local grocery store you can always use a cucumber dressing or even ranch to substitute. Feta always makes everything taste better! It is not a requirement but I always love to sprinkle a bit to top off my sandwich.
