If you read my post on I love # because they look like Waffles, then you will know my complete and utter obsession with waffles. These fluffy pillow cakes drizzled with buttery love can be the highlight of anyone's day, when they are made with the right ingredients and toppings (yes, I NEED my toppings!).

I am always excited to try to create my own & eat new creations of my preferred breakfast (well really anytime) food. So, the chain Smashed Waffles is on my favorites list especially because their menu includes a waffle of the week, where they create a new specialty surprise waffle every week.

The waffles aren't huge, but the flavors and interesting toppings make up for the size. I encourage you if it's your first time to go ahead and make what I call a Waffle Flight. Pick three and enjoy!!
