The city of Los Angeles has recently been recognized as the “Best Value Destination” according to SmarterTravel’s 2018 Editor’s Choice Destination Awards, and dineL.A.’s value-driven program is an exemplary model of an accessible and approachable way for visitors to further engage with the city’s iconic cuisine, available across an array of diverse neighborhoods that span from San Pedro to Studio City, and Venice to Highland Park.

The new culinary campaign for 2018 Summer dineL.A. showcases 10 dishes that have been the quintessential hallmark of L.A. culinary experiences spanning the past 10 years including steak, pasta, kebab with hummus, chirashi, and more. Among the list of nearly 400 restaurants participating in 2018 Summer dineL.A., include veteran restaurants, Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken’s Border Grill, which has participated in dineL.A. from the very first season, 2018 James Beard “Outstanding Restaurateur” Caroline Styne’s longstanding Lucques and a.o.c. (both with Suzanne Goin), along with Josiah Citrin’s Mélisse, which was among the first to join dineL.A.’s Exclusive Series. Many dineL.A. bastions who have arguably shaped the city’s dining scene over the past decade include Michael Cimarusti’s Providence and Roy Choi’s Kogi Taqueria. Some of L.A.’s newest restaurants participating in 2018 Summer dineL.A. include The NoMad LA, 189 by Dominique Ansel, Bone Kettle, Gesso, Jaffa, and Wood & Water.

Visitors and locals can enjoy specially-priced lunch and dinner menus at nearly 400 dineL.A. participating restaurants. The value-driven lunch menus range from $15, $20, and $25, with dinner menus priced at $29, $39, and $49, and beginning at $95 for the dineL.A.
