  • Mince (qeema) Meat (half) kg
  • Chillies Powder (one) tsp
  • Turmeric Powder (half) tsp
  • Ginger and Garlic Chopped or Paste (two) tsp
  • Cooking Oil (three) tsp
  • Onions (two)
  • Eggs Very Hard Boiled (two)

For Khicri or Rice

  • Golden Gram (moong) (one) cup
  • Rice (one) cup
  • Onions (one) cup
  • Salt (as you need)
  • Cooking Oil (two) tbsp
  • Hot Masala (all spices) (one) tsp

Preparation of Mince Recipe Method

  • A little bit of all flavors or Hot masala like (zeera, dhania powder) and 
  • Salt as you need. 
  • Wash meat and deplete it well.chop onions.
  • Warm Cooking Oil and sear onions to a light dark colored shading.
  • At that point include cold powder, hara masala, turmeric, salt all flavors and water and cook till mince is delicate and water becomes scarce.
  • Include cleaved bubbled eggs.

Preparation of Rice or Khichri Recipe Method

  • Wash rice and pulse and soak for (fifteen) minutes in dish.
