About Shobha Indani
Having completed her Diploma in Hotel Management, she always had a penchant for developing various vegetarian recipes from all around the world. These recipes were then further refined by her time & again over a period to make them absolutely perfect. From the last 30 years, she has been regularly conducting cookery classes in various cities all over India & abroad.
The Cookery Classes of one month duration conducted by her in Pune are supposedly the most famous & only one of its kind in India. Thousands of young girls & housewives across the country have immensely benefited from these classes and are successfully managing their careers as the perfect home-makers.
The overwhelming response to her cookery classes and books signify the success and hardwork which has gone into making Shobha Indani a brand, which she is today. A tremendous response to the hindi version of her best-seller cookbook Swad Sugandh & the demand for the same in English has encouraged her to bring out the English version in an all new format.
Mrs. Shobha Indani also won the Golden Book of World Records for achieving the World Record of Largest Cooking Lesson on June 26th, 2015 for conducting a workshop where more than 3900 participants were taught how to make more than 100 dishes at Indore.
