In the spirit of Giving Tuesday, Marvistel, LLC, a Florida-based company, instituted a new program offering paid time off for its employees to participate in a service project of their choice. Full-time employees will now receive two days per calendar year for a total of 16 service hours to work with an organization that gives back to society and which they feel passionate about.
