Have an Offer from a Non-FAANG company. I had applied for a role at my current level(No elevation in title). Now I have an offer in hand with 40% more TC(Cash, Guaranteed bonus + listed stocks).

If I continue at my current role, I'll make it to senior in 6 months. Recruiter isn't budging for the senior title.

Dilemma: Wait for a better title VS go with more TC. Long term - both the places offer similar opportunities.
