Parents are like Bloggers in many ways.  I am sure many people do not realize how they are the same.  Are you a parent? Think about all the skills or duties you have as a parent? Are you a Blogger or know someone who is? Now think about all the skills and duties a blogger as.

The Skills of a Parent and Blogger 

** Parents are good at persuasion.  For example getting the children to eat food or take medicine.  As a blogger is also great in this area.  They are able to persuade their readers to click more with great titles and even purchase an e-course they may have.

** Especially new parents and new bloggers are soaking up all new information to learn to be better parents and bloggers.  Parents and bloggers read many Pinterest posts to learn.  Parents are looking how to talk to their child about something or looking for cheap fun things to do.  Bloggers are looking for ways to get more readers to their blog or how to make money from their blog.

** Parents and bloggers have skills for good with organization and multi-tasking.  Parents have to worry about what to make for supper, laundry, household duties along caring for the children.  A blogger has to write content on the blog, post on social media, promote the blog, and promote affiliates as well.

**   Parents and bloggers like to tell others when something great happens.  Parents like to brag when their child is potty trained, when they are on the honor roll, or hit a home run. Also when parents share pictures of their child going to the homecoming dance.  A blogger may brag in blogger group they just received an offer for sponsored post or when they post their income reports of how much they made on their blog.

** Parents and bloggers always have something on their mind.  A mother may be thinking at work what she has to do when she gets home.  A blogger is always thinking about new ideas that they can write about.  Some use the memo app on their phone when they get an idea.

** Parents and bloggers are never far away from their phone/camera.  Some people have cameras and some use their phone as their camera.  A parent will take picture of their child’s first day of school then post on Facebook.  A blogger is known to take pictures of food and post on social media or pictures of their family at an event.

Now think about each parent you know.  Think about a blogger you know or yourself.  Do you have a hard job?  Do you think your spouse could do what you do each as a parent or a blogger? Many moms are at home during the day while the husband is at work and does not realize what his wife does each day.  Many spouses do not understand all the work that goes into being a blogger.
