It's hideous out. Hot and sticky. A cold cocktail may be nice, but you need something that's soo cool, it'll give you chills. Snack on a poptail. Say what? A poptail is a cocktail on a stick. A popsicle. It's pure, frozen delicousness! Mix up fruit, water and your favorite spirit and voila! An adult beverage that looks like a kid's treat!

Since these poptails have lots of fruit in them, you could say that they're helping you get your daily dose of Vitamin C and other important minerals too! These gorgeous creations were made by Natalie Migliarini of Beautiful Booze. Read on and re-create her treats for yourself.
Natalie states, "Boozy popsicles are the best way to get through a warm summers day, so I put together these new frozen cocktails and wanted to share them with you. I took some of my favorite summer cocktails and mixed them up in batches and mixed them with some less traditionally summer concoctions. Recipes are per popsicle and the method is at the end."
Sangria Pop
Since I have been drinking, I don’t think a summer has passed without at least one day spent drinking sangrias with friends so this was definitely a must.
- 1 ounce Stella Rosa Black
- 1 ounce lemonade
- ½ ounce orange juice
- 1 orange slice
- 1 lemon slice
- ½ chopped strawberry
Mezcal Margarita
Obviously a Margarita was always going to be in the list but I have put my little spin on this classic and made it with mezcal to balance the sugar of the limeade.
- ½ ounce Mezcales de Leyenda Durango
- 1 ounce limeade
- 1 ounce pink lemonade
- 1 slice kiwi fruit
- ½ chopped strawberries
Cherry Lemon Caipirinha
The classic Caipirinha is a delicious summer cocktail but if you know me at all you know I’m putting a twist on it so I added some fresh cherries and swapped in lemonade as a sweetener.
- ½ ounce Novo Fogo Sparkling Silver Cachaça
- 2 ounces lemonade
- chopped cherries
Reverse Manattan
For something different I wanted to mix up a boozy frozen Manhattan and it came out so delicious. A quality sweet vermouth is definitely key for this one.
- ¾ ounce Carpano Antica Formula
- ¼ ounce Templeton Rye Whiskey
- ½ ounce cherry juice
- 1 ounce water
- chopped cherries
Mint Irish Coffee
My favorite drink in New Orleans is the Frozen Irish Coffee at Erin Rose so we put my own spin on it and added in some additional flavors to give it some extra kick.
- ¼ ounce Brancamenta
- ½ ounce Teeling Small Batch Irish whiskey
- ½ ounce Kerrygold Irish Cream
- 1 ounce cold brew coffee
Espresso Martini
I’m in Australia right now and the most popular cocktail is an Espresso Martini so I just knew I had to make one into a popsicle and share this delicious cocktail with you all.
- ½ ounce Crystal Head Vodka
- ½ ounce Caffe Borghetti
- ½ ounce water
- 1 ounce cold brew coffee
