SM Holdings will open its second Premier Mall in Mindanao, SM DOWNTOWN Premier mall, at CM Recto Avenue, Cagayan de Oro City. A Premier mall is superior to that of the other malls owned and operated by the SM Corporation , it will not only cater the common consumer but will also be the hub of affluent buyers in Northern Mindanao. The Premier mall in Cagayan de Oro will have six floors and will have a gross floor area of about 174,399 square meters. It will bring into the city more tenants and international brands . Good news also is that the Premier mall is expected to generate some 1000-1500 jobs for the Kagay-anons.

Everyone in Northern Mindanao is excited come May 12 for its soft opening. My son and hubby whom are musicians are excited what the premier mall can offer to them. They hope they will have the moog sub phatty , the synthesizer my husband has been looking in Los Angeles when we were there last year. Me ? I  have always been dreaming to see GUCCI, LV, CHANNEL and luxury brands in this mall. I guess they still cant cater to this millionaire’s brand.  What do you think ?
