Chanel Fall/Winter 2017 collection was presented during "Paris Fashion Week" and it blew everybody's mind with their outerspace-inspired runway show and Collection. Karl Lagerfeld transformed the Grand Palais into a massive space station with a Chanel rocket which surprised everybody taking off a few inches from the ground and spreading white smoke everywhere.
The set design was insane and the collection was great. Chanel’s iconic tweed suits were very important for this Fall season as always; some metallic fabrics, space-inspired prints, great accessories, and big hairstyles were some of the details worth to highlight from the show.
Even when this collection was inspired by the moon, the space and rocket launches, the collection had very shimmery fabrics made to be worn for an everyday classic, retro and sophisticated style (if you are into all dressed-up for the everyday look).
Black, white and silver were used for a lot of the looks through the collection.
The magenta and emerald colors gave a fresh vibe to the season and helped the collection to look more outer-spacey and modern.

I really like the makeup for this show. I think it represents the brand perfectly in an artistic way. I'm looking forward to trying this style on myself. I'm sensing a twiggy lower lashes movement coming soon for all the beauty community!!!
Karl Lagerfeld presented a few looks for men and proved once again that Chanel would always be on the top with the latest fashion movements/trends, like the one of adding menswear to the womenswear show, and Karl Lagerfeld makes this possible without forgetting the brand's roots.
The menswear for Fall 2017 was simple with clean and classic silhouettes with a more serene look. The men's purse for this season was one of the accessories that caught more attention.
Something that not a lot of people know is the amount of time that some pieces take to be made. In this case, I really believe that the fabric treatment implemented on this look took hours to be created. The fabric is very unique and has a plasticky effect which contrasts in a modern way with the staple Chanel Tweed fabric.
A lot of people were talking about these boots. The glitter boots with black tip and black heel gained massive popularity on Instagram and Facebook after the fashion show. I like how 60's they look, but also how the glitter makes them more modern and great for our time. The accessories game was very strong this season and some of the small bags are absolutely adorable.
I like how Chanel has a very particular image and no matter the inspiration behind every season, the brand keeps the same recognizable style. How would you describe this Outerspace-inspired season?

La colección de Chanel - Otoño / Invierno 2017 fue presentada durante "Semana de la Moda " en Paris y logró asombrar a todo el mundo con su extravagante espectáculo en la pasarela, el cual fue inspirado en el espacio exterior. Karl Lagerfeld transformó el Grand Palais en una estación espacial gigante con un cohete de Chanel asombrando todo el mundo cuando este despegó unos pocos centímetros del suelo y extendió humo blanco por todas partes.
El diseño del set fue realmente increible y la colección en general fue genial. Los trajes icónicos de Chanel fueron muy importantes para esta temporada de otoño como lo son siempre. Pero esta vez vimos algunas telas metálicas, estampados y accessorios inspirados en el espacio, y un gran peinado en las modelos. Estos fueron algunos de los detalles dignos de destacar de la pasarela y la colección para la temporada de otoño.
