How to Know The Breakup Was A Mistake

If there is something we ask ourselves all the time it’s "was it a Mistake to break up?". Any Relationship comes with a lot of investment, with the emotional part being the hardest to deal with. Everyone dreads a breakup, including that individual who ends up doing it. There are many scenarios leading to a breakup. For example, you broke up with a girl you loved after realizing you were moving quite fast and things were happening so rapidly causing you a lot of panic.

This happens a lot if the girl keeps on talking about your future together, the gown she will wear on your wedding, your married life, the poem or song she will sing as you go down the aisle and many other things dear to her.

However, after ending this tirade of expectations that caused you a supposedly “panic attack” you broke things up. After some time you begin asking yourself whether you really did the right thing. Obviously, the girl might have reacted madly, weeping uncontrollably as she saw her blissful dream rudely destroyed suddenly. Before you think about getting him or her back in your life or thinking it was a mistake, there are many realities you might be missing.

Do You Really Want The Person Back?

This is the first thing you need to ask yourself. Most professional dating coaches call it dumpers remorse as the breakup brings some fleeting confusion. It happens in certain cases, especially for a couple that had been dating. While one might call it a momentous moment or panic attack that ended the breakup, professionals call it giving an ear to your gut.

The Way Of The Intuition

What you call gut feeling or intuition is made in a way that protects you and offers some internal guidance unaffected by emotions and feelings when you really need it. Intimacy builds a relationship, innate trust and communication with the man or woman in your life. In case something goes wrong or seems missing, your subconscious kicks in. There is a possibility of freaking out; a committed relationship could be scaring you, loss of interest or personal needs remain unmet. However, the first reaction to such a matter is always very correct.

Figuring Things Out

In case there is a strong urge to get the man or woman back in your life, do not just rush out and try to mend things. Figure out as much as possible why in the first place you brought the whole thing to an end while ensuring you have called her or him for a very honest answer. In case you did it because you were very pushy, you might want to let her know. Perhaps you need some more time. Whatever it is, you are better off letting her know. Clarify all your issues as much as possible prior to expecting any invitation right back into her arms again.

Disastrous Relationships

You must remember an off and on relationship is the most chaotic attachment and always leads to a disaster. You might have broken up with your tenth relationship due to the issues of the first relationship you hard years ago that went unfixed. Deal with them first.
