In this post I am going to introduce you guys to an Australian pharmaceutical brand whose products are available all over the world and newly launched in India- “Neutriderm”. Moisturising your Skin is very important and there’s a misconception that oily skin people don’t need a moisturizer. Hydration (both internally and externally) is the secret of healthy and beautiful skin. I am going to review Nutriderm’s best seller moisturizing lotion which is rich in vitamin E and is ideal for oily skin but suitable for all skin types.

My experience with Neutriderm Vitamin E moisturising lotion

Packaging

It comes in a huge tube packaging with a flip open cap. The quality of the packaging is really good. They are sturdy and travel-friendly

How’s the smell and color?

It has a very mild and familiar fragrance. It smells more like baby skincare products and is white in color.

How’s the consistency and absorbing power?

So this is the main thing I see when it comes to moisturizers. This Neutriderm Vitamin E moisturising lotion is not like a thick cream nor like a clear gel-based moisturizer. It is a water-based moisturizer. Neither runny or thick.

This moisturiser is extremely lightweight and gets absorbed into the skin as you massage. And after getting absorbed, it gives a matte finish and at the same time moisturizes the skin deeply. You will not even feel that you have used anything on your face.

Does it hydrate the skin well?

My cheeks are becoming dry these days but my T-Zone is still oily, and this Neutriderm Vitamin E Moisturising lotion provides good hydration to both oily and dry parts of my skin. It gives my skin a hydrated and nourished feel which I obviously loved.

Because if it’s amazing consistency, this is going to suit both oily and dry skin people, so obviously the normal skin people will like it as well It gets absorbed and makes the skin soft and smooth. And yes it didn’t clog my pores neither did this cause any breakouts.

This works extremely well under the Makeup as well. Since it is a water-based moisturizer it helps in achieving a very good base for makeup and has a very less chance of clogging the pores. I use a pea size amount to hydrate my skin. The amount of product you use depends on your skin type. If you have oily skin then a little product is enough.

After how many hours does this lotion makes the skin oily?

So if you are from oily skin family then you must be know no matter how good and mattifying the product is, our skin is still going to secrete extra sebum after a particular period of time (which depends on the product you are using) Neutriderm Vitamin E moisturising lotion kept my T-zone oily free for good 3-4 hours and then I could see the shine only on nose. My cheeks were normal and hydrated. And yes this moisturizer didn’t give me a greasy or sticky feel even after hours. Neither did it make me sweat *a big thumbs up for this*

If you have an oily skin then this water-based moisturizing lotion is something you can try. Their lightweight formula makes it ideal not just for oily skin but for all skin types. It hydrates the skin deeply without making the face greasy or sticky. I personally liked this moisturizer and will recommend you guys to give it a shot.
