Whole foods? Superfoods?

Despite what we keep hearing, it isn’t always a smart idea to change your diet to whole foods completely. If you’re not careful, whole foods can mess up your body and even affect your health. A smart move would be to try and put together a diet containing everything that is good, in smart portions. Listen to your body as it will always tell you what you should eat to stay healthy and fit.

Kick back and relax

Sometimes, it is necessary to just let your hair down and enjoy life as it is. A bit of R&R can be more than welcome, especially after a long week. Draw a warm bath, put on your favorite song, light a candle, and soak for an hour or two. Remember to turn your phone off – this is your alone time and don’t let anyone disturb you.

Get rid of stress

The worst thing to have in your life is stress, and if you don’t get rid of it in time, it could cause a lot of serious health issues. Exercise is great to detoxify through sweating and let go of pent up frustration. You don’t have to go overboard, though; do a bit every day and enjoy your skin transforming into a glowing pool of health.

Have fun in the bedroom

Being active in the bedroom is necessary as it gets your body working overtime. It doesn’t hurt that you feel amazing doing it, right?
