I got Threatened with burpees! 100 of them. If I cherrypicked, I'd be guilty. Everyone would know, and I would hang my head in shame.
I went. I hated it. I had already had a terrible day, and a terrible WOD surely wouldn't fix it. We're talking highly emotional, on the verge of crying, please don't talk to me right now sort of day.
Why was it so bad? Here.

It rained, I opted to row instead. I HATE running, but, a 400m in 2:30? Hah. Yes I could do it, til I got tired, then the rest of the WOD would've been trashed. Oh well.
I ended up with 60 total KB swings.
