Crossfit Day 525 - 9/22/15

I was excited to get back to the gym and do more, see what I was capable of, and just continue to be active, really. I went in a little early because I knew some of the coaches would be around. I didn't want to waste any time and I really just wanted to get the workout over with. I started out warming up on the rower (left foot strapped in, right foot left out, and using only my Left Foot for the pulling, and both for the pushing away.)

I looked over at the board and saw that the WOD started with a 500m row, so I was like, fuck it. Let's just do this. Smart? Not really, but that 500m row was nice and slow, low tension, and a great warm up for me. So I just took my time on it.

The Standard WOD:
for time:

15 sumo deadlift high pull (70/55)
20 ring rows
25 split jumps
800m run
25 split jumps
20 ring rows
15 sumo deadlift high pull (70/55)
500m row

My WOD:
for time:
500m row
15 sumo deadlift high pull (70/55 KB)
20 ring rows
25 air squats
800m ski erg (oomph, this was rough)
25 air squats
20 ring rows
15 sumo deadlift high pull (70/55 KB)
500m row

Not too shabby for a modification! The clock was all wonky throughout the WOD since the guys were messing around, but I kept a decent track of my time and calculated a time of 19:45. Happy!
