Nutritious Meal Plan Package Deliveries are still new business in the Philippines, only gaining more popularity in recent years. Business innovations like these are actually good for local citizens and should be promoted, supported, and patronized. The Philippine Star published just last June of 2016 results from a study conducted that year about the unhealthiest countries in Asia. Philippines sadly scored 61 out of 100; this is below the 64 regional average. The Philippines’ score tied for the top ninth place, shared with Korea, Singapore, and India overall. Countries like Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, and India placed lower (healthier) than the Philippines. The Intuit Research based in Hong Kong conducted this “Unhealthiest Countries in Asia” Survey.

There is a need for healthy food deliveries and Filipinos need to be encouraged and informed about advocating and living healthier lifestyles. Food options are either very much westernized or “instantized” Many Pinoys love fried, greasy foods. They also like it tasty, and condiment use is often and a lot in quantity. Meals are often paired with toyo and patis. Cup noodles are common main meal replacements and sodas are sold in every street corner mostly.
