See what other customers who have bought the Valor Fitness BD-7 Power Rack with Lat Pull have to say about it:

K.C.:
“There’s so much you can do with the Valor BD-7 Power Rack.  You just need to get a cheap set of weights and an Olympic barbell and you’re set to go!”

S.B.:
“The Valor BD7 is a very sturdy rack.  I like the lat attachment on this.  It’s taking me some time to get used to cable rows on the floor, but pull-downs are very smooth.”

J.G.:
“The Valor BD-7 is the best investment I’ve ever made.  We got this for our home gym in the garage and use it every day.  It does basically everything you need it to do for power lifting.  You can even set this up to use one rack as your “spotter” safety level while doing bench press.  Pull-ups are no problem on this either.  The only thing we’ve noticed is that if you’re too close to the cable pulls and don’t put enough weight on it, it can get a bit twisted.  But no complaints otherwise.”

E.S.:
“I absolutely love the Valor Fitness BD-7 Power Rack.  It’s not quite commercial grade but the build is outstanding.  The pulleys and sliding weight holder operate smoothly.  I feel safer benching on this and the ability to transition from bench to shoulder press to standing exercises is much better than with my old bench.  My workouts have greatly improved!  I have found this Valor to be much better and safer than the Gold Gym XRS 20 bench/rack I was using.  My range of motion is not limited on this when I set bench press on the rear of the cage and spotters on the inside front.  I still use the XRS 20 bench – the fit inside is tight but manageable on incline bench press but regular bench press is perfect.”
