Post Christmas; 30 Day Shread

Hi, it's a few days after Christmas now and I put my skinny jeans on for the first time in about a week, Iam astonished they still fit, but only just ! Yeah I think like most people at this time of year Im facing the consequences of over indulging in my favourite foods.
 Although I've not eaten particulary well so far today I think Im going to starts Jillian Micheals 30 day shread. I bought the DVD this time last year and found that it was a great way to burn the winter weight. It has 3 levels so you can build yourself up over the month and only takes 30 minutes every day. Of all the fitness DVD's I've tried I'd rate this one the best because it works on your entire body and is really short, so its easy to fit into your day.

For the first tine ever I'm going to keep a video diary of my progress which will be available on my blog and youtube account. :) x
