Mirror Therapy: Use of Motor Imaginary Techniques in Rehabilitation

Mirror therapy is a form of motor imagery technique, where we provide a visual stimulus of an unaffected arm or hand to the brain. The goal is to stimulate the movement of affected limb by this visual stimulus of the same movement on unaffected arm or leg.
